SHIPPING OPTIONS

Currently, we’re able to ship via FedEx 2nd Day to the United States only. Should you wish to select Overnight or 2-Day Shipping, the updated shipping price will be shown during checkout prior to submitting your order. Please note that items in stock will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders will ship within 2-3 weeks. At the time of checkout, please note the shipping timeline quoted on your Order Confirmation.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Yes. All items shipped are fully insured during transit; therefore, all shipments will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please note that additional charges may accrue if additional delivery attempts are made.


We are unable to ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, and PO boxes from nicholasdiamonds.com


In-Store Pick Up

At this time, items ordered on nicholasdiamonds.com are only available to be shipped to the address you designate at checkout.


All items purchased on nicholasdiamonds.com are processed through nicholasdiamonds.com, and cannot be shipped to an authorized Retail Partner.


Packaging

All Nicholas Diamonds pieces will arrive in a Nicholas Diamonds box or jewelry bag. The gift message will arrive with your order.


Personalized Gift Message

Yes, during checkout you will have the option to include a gift message for each order. The gift message will arrive with your order.

We hope you’ll love your Nicholas Diamonds item, but if you’re considering a return, please note that your purchase from nicholasdiamonds.com may be returned for full credit consideration within 14 calendar days from the date that you received your shipment. Returns are only available for stock sizes. All custom-made or altered pieces will be final sale – no returns or exchanges allowed.


Kindly note that your purchase will only be accepted for return by Nicholas Diamonds if it is in original condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear and tear.

Items will be returned to sender if there is any visible wear and tear, and will not be eligible for return

After 60 calendar days from receipt, all sales are considered to be final.


How to Return

To process your return, please go to nicholasdiamonds.com and log into your Account. Within your Account, click on “My Orders”. Select your order and then identify the piece that you would like to return. Follow the directions shown on the screen to submit your Return Request.


To meet the 14 day return policy, nicholasdiamonds.com will timestamp your Return Request to ensure that your item is within the timeframe that is eligible for return.


From the point that you submit your Return Request, you will receive an email within one to two business days from the nicholasdiamonds.com Customer Excellence team which will include a Return Authorization Form, a return shipping label, and instructions about what must be included on both the inside, and exterior of the return package.


The “Return Authorization Form” that you will receive from Nicholas Diamonds contains your personal return information. You must include this form inside the return shipment package so that we can accurately process and credit your return.


The form also includes your “Return Authorization Number”. You must clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipment package so that is visible on the exterior upon receipt. This is very important so that we can accurately process and receive your return.


Please note that all packages MUST have your unique Return Authorization number clearly listed on the outside of the package; if it is NOT visible, the package will be refused and returned to you, the sender, and your return will not be accepted.


Please note that you will need to ship your package within 5 calendar days from the date that you received your Return Authorization Form in order for it to be considered for return. Anything received after this date may not be accepted.


Once we’ve received your item for return, it will be evaluated to ensure that the item is in original condition. If there is any visible wear and tear, or if the jewelry is otherwise not in original condition, item(s) will be returned to sender at your expense, and no return credit will be offered.


If the Return is accepted, Nicholas Diamonds will send you a confirmation email regarding your return, and will issue a refund to your credit card for the price of the item within 30 days. Please note that any shipping and insurance expenses will not be refunded.


Exchange Policy

If you’re considering an exchange for a different piece, different size, or different variation, color or design, please note that your purchase from nicholasdiamonds.com will be eligible for exchange consideration within 14 calendar days from the date that you received your shipment.


Kindly note that your purchase will only be accepted for exchange by Nicholas Diamonds if it is in original condition with original packaging and absolutely no signs of wear.

Checking Status of Return/Exchange

To check on the status of your exchange or return, simply log into your account on nicholasdiamonds.com. Within your Account, click on “My Returns”. Within your account, you will be able to see the status of all exchanges and returns requested.
